[In some kind of airport, Steve is on the lookout. Bucky wakes up] SAM WILSON: Hey, Cap! [Steve joins up with Sam and Bucky, who's metal arm is locked] BUCKY BARNES: Steve. STEVE ROGERS: Which Bucky am I talking to? BUCKY BARNES: Your mother's name is Sarah. You used to wear newspapers in your shoes. STEVE ROGERS: You can't read that in a museum. SAM WILSON: Just like that, we're supposed to be cool? BUCKY BARNES: What did I do? STEVE ROGERS: Enough. BUCKY BARNES: I knew this would happen. Everything HYDRA put inside me is still there. All he had to do is say the god damn words. STEVE ROGERS: Who was he? BUCKY BARNES: I don't know. STEVE ROGERS: People are dead. The same scene where the Winter Soldier attacks a car and steal a serum plays again. This time, they are in a prison cell where many people are given the serum; it hurts them. They are strapped on beds while they wait for the serum to be activated.] NEW WINTER SOLDIER [in Russian]: It hurts! [The scene goes back to that same new Winter Soldier fighting with Bucky and easily beating him.] VASILY KARPOV [in Russian]: Good job. [As a doctor comes to the take the new WS's pulse, he takes his head and viciously slams it on the ground, instantly k**ing him. A guard swings a bat at his back, but it breaks. All the other Winter Soldiers get up and start wrecking havoc.] VASILY KARPOV [in Russian]: Soldier, get me out of here! [Karpov stays behind Bucky as he punches anyone in his way with his metal arm. The scene ends and switches back to Steve, Sam and Bucky] STEVE ROGERS: Who were they? BUCKY BARNES: The most elite d**h squad. More k**s than anyone in the HYDRA history, and that was before the serum. SAM WILSON: They all turned out like you? BUCKY BARNES: Worse. STEVE ROGERS: The doctor, can he control them? BUCKY BARNES: Enough. STEVE ROGERS: He said he wanted to see an empire fall. BUCKY BARNES: With these guys he can do it. [Sam and Steve go on the side to discuss] SAM WILSON: This would be a lot easier a week ago. STEVE ROGERS: If we call Tony- SAM WILSON: Oh, he won't believe us. [Scene switches back to the Task Force Headquarters, where Secretary Ross and Tony discuss the events] THADDEUS ROSS: And I don't suppose you have any idea where they are. TONY STARK: We will. GSG-9's got the borders covered, recons flying 24/7. They'll get a hit, we'll handle it. THADDEUS ROSS: You don't get it, Stark, it's not yours to handle. It's clear you can't be objective. I'm putting special ops on this. NATASHA ROMANOFF: And what happens when the shooting starts, wanna k** Steve Rogers? THADDEUS ROSS: If we are provoked.
