The State of Texas (TS)Texas is a the second largest state of America and the largest state of the forty-eight contiguous states and has a lot of interesting things like it's history. Texas is a state that was annexed from Mexico.(CD) It's a part of the United States now. It was also a part of the Confederacy during the American Civil War. The state also has a large amount of U.S. military bases. These military bases has helped the state in many ways but annoy some. For example these military bases affect the prices on homes but you will most likely hear jets or some sort of military activity depending on where in Texas you live. It's also a very multicultural place. Mostly immigrants of Spanish descent like Mexicans. Texas is a state with the best of both worlds you have forest, deserts, and city areas. It also has all four seasons winter, summer, fall, and spring. But the majority of the year Texas is very hot or warm it rarely gets below freezing.
