Yaa**, you are looking at the #QRules Qoaching Forum. This forum is something I have been envisioning for quite a while now, this forum will be used bye teams in the Qoaching Center as well as the users they're coaching. Before getting into that though, I wanna first say thank you to @TheScrivener & @beesknees making this happen as quickly as they did. Yall are super dope for that. Now In my mind the way I'm seeing this forum working is: Each team will make a thread that's designated to them and all of the users they are currently coaching. The threads will probably just be named after the coaches usernames. Example Thread Title: “BasedGator, SdQf, BLAKKKSTEEL” So when a user posts a comment under your team's annotation asking for coaching, if you decide that they are someone you all can coach up to being an editor, you will do as usual and accept the comment and add their name to the the “Whitehats being coached” section at the bottom of the tate. You can then tag them in your teams thread. You and your fellow coaches can then discuss any and every facet of coaching in your thread. Whitehats you're coaching can post and ask questions and get feedback from any of their available coaches. Just a few of the biggest benefits of a forum like this would be: - Giving whitehats the ability to contact ALL of their coaches simultaneously - Allowing coaches to better stay on the same page with each other, when it comes to where their whitehats are in terms of coaching. - Keeping both coaches and whitehats engaged, therefore leading to greater results.
