i began to read chapter 1 of Color Her Dead and it was pretty much about these people coming to a life guard on the beach for help. they asked the life guard to help find Jenny. the odd thing was that jenny was always under her mom's thumb and couldnt do or go anywhere without parental approval. the fact that she was missing felt serious to everyone. thats as far as i got in the story, i didnt really seem like my kind of book.
