Dee - Discordance Chapter 1 lyrics

A busy interchange by day, Arrow Point Terminal is home to a variety of persons at night; ranging from the wearied traveller to the resigned beggar forced to spend the night out, once again, in the cold. That night was no exception, and as the hands on the large clock just above the large iron-wrought gates crept closer to 12 o'clock, the only activity in the station was that of the dishevelled businessmen, all rushing to catch the last train back out to the city. What Arrow Point Terminal did not expect that night was for a young girl, armed with only a small suitcase and a violin, to step onto the platform just as the last train was about to take its leave. A young girl, who stared apprehensively at the dark, uninviting entrance to the train carriage, as though the heavy, rusted doors would swallow her whole were she to enter its belly. A young girl, who resolutely shook her head and squared her shoulders, as though preparing for war. A young girl, who, taking a deep breath, took a step forward. A young girl, who did not once look back as the doors slowly slid shut behind her.
