8/28/13 Today I read about Cross Country and the benefits you get from running. When you run, your body produces more serotonin which makes you be in a better mood. It's also very good for blood circulation. Running allows the body to speed up its metabolism and creates a natural, healthy glow. The good thing about running is that running is considered a cardiovascular workout which triggers all the muscles in your body. The more you run, the better you feel.
8/29/13 Mr. Varnell showed us a film about him going to American Eagle then playing tennis, basketball, and baseball. After that, he went to a church. I guess he was trying to find acceptance or something to put his heart into and tried what he could to fulfill it.
